Android - Send Message
Overview
The article explains how to send messages using the iOS app. It covers composing a message, selecting recipients, personalizing the message, and sending it. This guide helps you efficiently manage and send messages to one or multiple contacts.
1. Message Composition
You can read about how to compose a message in the article Android - Compose New Message. Make sure you are on the message editing page. On this page, you need to press the send message button located in the top right corner.
2. Select the Recipient Group
Clicking the send message button takes you to a list of groups. Look through it to pick the group you want to message. A tap on the group name will mark it as chosen for sending the message.
3. Adding Group or Contact (If Needed)
During the message-sending process, if additional contacts or a specific group are needed, it is possible to add them directly from this page.
To create a new group, tap the button in the top right corner to open the context menu.
Select "Create New Group." For detailed instructions refer to Create New Group.
To add a missing contact to an existing group, click the button next to the checkbox of the desired group.
Select "Edit Group". Then, add the necessary contact to the group.

4. Choose the Message Recipients
Tapping the Send button will take you to the list of of contacts.
Each contact next to their name has a checkbox, automatically checked, indicating that they are selected as recipients of your message by default. You can keep this selection or make your own for sending the message.
When selecting multiple groups, the contact list for sending will be organized by group, and any duplicates across the chosen groups will be automatically excluded, rendering those contacts inactive.
Edit Mode. If it is necessary to edit a contact while on this page, switch to Edit Mode. To do this, tap the button in the top right corner to open the context menu.
Select "Edit Mode".
Then, tap on the contact that needs editing. For detailed instructions on editing contacts, refer to "Edit Contact". On the contact editing page, tap the "Update" button. This will return you to the contact list for sending the message. Finally, tap the "Done" button in the top right corner to exit Edit Mode.
5. Sending the Message
After finalizing your recipient list and composing your message, locate the send button in the top right corner once more. Click on this button to dispatch your message.
If the Fully Automatic Sending mode is not enabled or if you are sending something other than Text (SMS/MMS messages), the Queued Individual Messages dialog will appear. This pop-up provides brief instructions on how to send messages. If you do not want this dialog to appear again, check the "Do not show this dialog" checkbox and tap Send Messages.
Depending on the communication method you have chosen (e.g., in-app messaging or email), the message will be sent through the respective sender app.
You will see a queue of messages to recipients and their dynamically changing status. You can control the message-sending process in this step. To know how to do it please refer to Android - How to Pause and Resume Sending Messages.
Once a message is sent, a green checkmark indicating successful delivery will appear next to it. You can pause the sending process at any time if necessary.
If the Fully Automatic Sending mode is not enabled, you have to manually confirm the sending of each message by clicking on the send message button in the respective sender app.
After the sending process is complete, a message saying "All Done" will appear if the messages were sent without any errors. Tap "OK" to complete sending.
