Group Settings
Sometimes you wish to change the way individuals are handled within a group. The Group Settings page is divided into two main sections: Automatic CC and Sort Names By. This article will help you navigate and configure the Group Settings in Reach. Follow the steps below to access and modify the settings.
1. Select a Group
Open the group you want to work with.
2. Locate the Settings Button
Locate the Setting button in the toolbar at the bottom right corner of the screen.
This action redirects to the Group Settings page.
3. Automatic CC Section
In this section, specify an email address or phone number where copies of all messages sent through Reach will be automatically forwarded. This feature ensures a record of all communications.
4. Sort Names By Section
This section provides options for sorting contacts in the group:
- Alphabet: Sort contacts by their names in alphabetical order.
- Position: Sort contacts based on their position. Each contact is assigned a position automatically in the order they are added to the group. You can manually change the position for each contact on the Edit Contact page.
You can switch from alphabetical sorting to sorting by position simply by tapping on it.
