Messages sent through Reach are delivered individually, ensuring privacy - recipients can’t see other contacts in the group. This allows for efficient communication with large groups while maintaining confidentiality.

Groups and Messages in Reach

In Reach, you can create your own groups and add contacts to them. Groups are essential for convenient message distribution. For example, if you want to send individual messages to all your colleagues, you can create a group named "Colleagues" for this purpose and add certain contacts to it. With the Reach Unlimited subscription, you can create an unlimited number of groups.

Once your groups are created, proceed to compose a message in the app directly or paste text from another source. You can easily attach photos, videos, or .pdf files to your message. Reach provides the Templates feature to personalize each message.

By inserting the "First Name" standard template in the message, each recipient in the group will receive a message with their name.

In addition to the standard templates, you can create your own ones.

Using AI Technology

Messages can be generated using AI technology in Reach. The feature offers an advanced and intuitive way to enhance messages using AI, accessible with just one click of a button. It helps make your messages different, shorter, longer, better organized, and more suited for professional needs. It can also add details and emotions to your messages.

Another AI feature "Variations" enables the crafting and saving of various alternative messages, guaranteeing that when messages are dispatched to a group, each contact receives one of the unique variations you saved.

Automatic and Manual Mode of Sending Messages

Once your message is ready, you can send it to the desired group. Messages can be sent manually or automatically, depending on your needs. The Fully Automatic Sending mode in the Reach app enhances the message-sending process by enabling automatic dispatch of all messages without requiring manual confirmation for each message. This feature is great for sending all types of messages without attachments. This will allow you to speed up your work and make interactions more convenient and efficient.
