How to Stop Message Sending in Fully Automatic Sending Mode
Overview
This article outlines the steps to stop message sending when using the Fully Automatic Sending mode. For information on how to enable this feature, please, refer to Fully Automatic Sending mode.
In a situation where a group of contacts has been selected for sending a message and the sending process has been initiated by clicking the "Send" button, there are two methods to halt the sending process:
Case 1: Stopping from Shortcut
While the Fully Automatic Sending process is still ongoing in Shortcut, click the "Stop" button.
There is an automatic redirection to the Reach application. A popup will appear in the Reach app. Tap the "Stop" button in the popup to confirm stopping the message sending.
Case 2: Stopping from Reach Application
If clicking the "Stop" button in Shortcat is not possible because you were redirected from Shortcat to the Reach application automatically, find the "Abort" button in the center of the screen.
Tap the "Abort" button to stop the message sending process.
