How to Migrate Data to Another iOS Device
There are two ways to transfer your Reach data from one iOS device to another.
Option 1: Using Import/Export Data
Use this option if your second device is not connected to the same iCloud account.
To transfer all your data from one device to another, you need to export and import all your data.
- First, transfer all your Templates. Read the “Import and Export Templates” article to learn how to export Templates and import them on another device. Please note that attachments will not be exported!
- After transferring your Templates, you need to transfer all groups and contacts at once. Read the “Import and Export All Groups at Once” article to learn how to export your groups and contacts and import them on another device.
Option 2: Using iCloud Backups
Use this option if both of your iOS devices are connected to the same iCloud account.
On the device you want to transfer data from, make sure that iCloud Backups are enabled in Reach. This article explains How to enable iCloud Backups.
Then, on the device you want to transfer data to, open Reach and go to Settings > iCloud Backups.
Select the backup you want to restore from the list. After the restore is complete, your Reach data will be available on the new device.
