Customize Message Templates With AI Technology

Overview

The feature offers an advanced and intuitive way to enhance message templates using AI, accessible with just one click of a button. It helps make messages you sent different, shorter, longer, better organized, and more suited for professional needs. It can also add details and emotions to your messages.

1. Select an existing template

Navigate to templates via the toolbar (Toolbar > Templates).

Select an existing message template. If you do not have existing templates, refer to Compose New Template.

2. Customize Template with AI

Locate the AI button at the bottom right corner.

A tap on this button reveals a dropdown menu with various options for text modification.

3. Customization Options

The dropdown menu offers a range of customization choices to suit different requirements, from adjusting template length to adding emotional depth. Selection of the desired option opens a new page, displaying the modified text at the top and the original template at the bottom for comparison.

4. Save Changes

Tap the 'Save' button to apply changes to the current template and rewrite it.
