Android - Sort Contacts

Overview

In this article, you can read how to customize the sorting option to suit your preferences when using contacts and groups.

Please note, this sorting will not affect the order of your phone contacts.

Navigate to the settings via the drawer menu.

In Settings, locate the section labeled "Default Sorting."

The first dropdown menu indicates sorting of groups by name. Currently, this is the only group sorting option available now.

The second dropdown menu allows you to sort contacts. You can choose to sort contacts either by first name or by last name.

The selected sorting option will apply to contacts within each group, as well as to the list of contacts in Reach.

By customizing these sorting options, you can streamline how you view and manage your contacts within the application.
